We offer complimentary express courier for local orders consisting of either $120 worth of instock products, or $120 worth of backordered products. A combination of both is not applicable. Do note that sale items are not eligible for complimentary express courier.

worldwide orders

We ship worldwide, except for Cambodia, via DHL Express.
Overseas shipping is charged according to the weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges will be paid by the recipient when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and tax handling fees differ for every country. If you have any questions regarding the charges, kindly contact your local delivery service / DHL Express.

malaysia orders

We offer international standard shipping to Malaysia via Ninja Van.

Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your order. 

Shipping duration* is 3-7 days for West Malaysia and 5-13 days for East Malaysia.

Your parcel(s) may be subjected to customs taxes and duties at destination country.

*Shipping duration is estimated and parcels may be subjected to delays due to factors such as customs clearance & weather conditions. 

backorders (BO) & pre-orders (PO)

Do note that items under BO/PO are not instock items.

If you cart out both instock and BO/PO items, your items will be shipped separately, depending on their status. BO/PO items will be shipped out at a later date when stocks have arrived. 

The estimated time of arrival of stocks on the website will be updated, if there are any changes, under the product’s ‘backorder’ tab. 

We do not provide cash refunds for backorder delays, backorder cancellation or stocks arrival in insufficient quantity. Instead, we’re happy to provide store credits without an expiry date.
