Return & Exchange

We do not make exchanges, instead we accept returns for a credit note. Credit note can then be used on your next order.

Please note:
a. All returns have to be done within 5 working days from date of delivery and 3 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. 
b. Returns are applicable on regular priced orders without discounts. This does not include lifestyle, lingerie products, all sale items and all other items stated under item description.
c. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.
d. Orders have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only. $2 will be deducted off every apparel returned due to a subsidised delivery rate that was offered in the initial purchase. A store credit discount code (strictly non-extensible) with 90 days validity will be issued thereafter.
e. Store credit discount code can only be used once, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts/ Style Points redemption.
f. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.

*Please note that our retail team is not trained to handle online orders. Please contact customer service at enquiries@theclosetlover.com if you need assistance with your online orders. For all online order returns, you will be required to mail the items back to our warehouse, address will be provided via email. Please note that should you choose to have your items deposited at the stores, a courier fee of $7.50 will be imposed and deducted from your store credits as payment for the courier service to have the items mailed back to the warehouse.
