After months and months of hard work, planning and perseverance, we are happy to announce that our long-awaited Takashimaya S.C. store is officially opened!
Introducing TCL @ Takashimaya S.C. – our 4th retail outlet in Singapore! This new store is our largest one yet, and we’re excited for you to explore our new space.
This outlet is definitely one that the team went against all odds to open.Given the current COVID situation, it was a risk for our team to go ahead with the plan to open a store right in the heart of Singapore.
But with the feedback garnered from customers as well as careful consideration within the team, we all felt that this move was a must. It was a critical step that we must take to elevate the shopping experience for you - our TCL community.
If you take a closer look at our store at Takashimaya S.C., you'd realise slight differences that we have taken care to incorporate. 
From our special events area, to a bigger space for you to shop and discover, TCL @ Takashimaya S.C. is curated specially for you. The team has interwoven your feedback together with our planning and research into the space, and we’re certain you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.
We pride ourselves in delivering a retail experience that is welcoming and warm, as we want to invite our TCL family to write your story with us. This is why we have chosen warm shades of pink and gold to provide a cozy ambience, and we hope that the deliberate inclusion of arches around the store makes it an elevated yet welcoming shopping journey for all.
To facilitate a smoother and more enjoyable shopping experience, we have also spaced out our clothing racks to minimise contact between shoppers so that everyone will be able to browse at their own comfort and pace.
This was after taking in feedback from you ladies that you prefer having a more spacious shopping area, without worrying about bumping into other shoppers while browsing our apparels.
It is all about feeling joy when indulging in some retail therapy, which is why we have also increased the number of fitting rooms in the store so that you are able to try on clothes at your own pace. Having more fitting rooms in the store also means that we can serve more of you ladies at a time - potentially a shorter queue for you to experience the fit & cut of our apparels.
Some mummy shoppers have also given us feedback that the 6 fitting rooms are spacious enough to bring in their strollers, hence feel free to bring your little ones on your next visit!
We have also installed iPads to facilitate a seamless way for you ladies to browse our apparels online or check up on your account details while in store, without having to utilise your own mobile devices.
Instead of just having 1 counter for checkout, we now have 2 counters so that you ladies can spend less time checking out your purchases!
All in all, we couldn’t have done it without your continuous support as well as valuable feedback, which is why we held an exclusive VIP shopping session to show our appreciation.

During this intimate shopping session, guests were treated to a closed-door experience where they had exclusive dibs on our best-selling Brea Knitted Tops as well as upcoming collections.
For every guest, we have also hand-picked an array of merchandise ranging from our TCL face mask and face mask holder to goodies from our sponsors Ksisters, kāi and Havaianas. Our exclusive TCL tote bags were also a big hit with our guests due to their refreshing palette of lilac and blue!
Spot our co-founders Bree & Bert mingling with our media partners! It was a great night of smiles and laughter as we caught up with different members of our TCL family. We can’t be happier to be walking alongside such wonderful people on our TCL journey.
