Happy 55th birthday, Singapore!
If there's one thing in August that resonates with the masses in SG, it has to be Singapore's birthday. Our little island home celebrates 55 years of independence this year and this is definitely no mean feat. In these unprecedented times, it would probably also do each and every single one of us good to take some time off, forget about the unknown that lies ahead of us and just simply, appreciate our little island for its beauty.
Singapore might be small but its beauty is unique and one-of-a-kind!
Our team had our share of fun as we curated our Hello, Singapore! collection specially for our National Day launch so we decided to share the joy by introducing some of the location gems we uncovered!
Little India
A colourful estate that celebrates the multi-cultural aspects of Singapore.
Diversity is something we celebrate in Singapore and we see this in every corner here.

The old-school grocery setting was a rare sight to boot in our increasingly cosmopolitan society so boy, were we feeling nostalgic as we saw this little grocery store selling fresh produce! We are also loving the sight of restaurants at every other corner of the streets. We could catch whiffs of the herbs and spices that are used in Indian cuisine as we strolled down the street, which was a great awakening of our senses!
Tiong Bahru Estate
Co-founder, Bree in our Brea Knitted Top in Coffee and Louetta Midi Skirt in Black (launching online on 9/8, 8.30pm)
Tiong Bahru houses some of our most popular and photogenic local cafes and is definitely one of the places you will find people visiting for cafe brunches and for artistic expeditions.
Pop by one of the cafes that are in district and you will be in for a great dining experience. Most cafe settings in this area have a unique setting. We say it's a great location for you ladies to snap some #TCLOOTDs as well! ;)
Modern meets heritage; this is one sweet location to enjoy some of the trendiest experiences in Singapore.
Gardens By The Bay
Think of SG and Gardens By The Bay will definitely come to mind.
It is one huge tourist attraction and rightfully so, as the pride of Singapore given its accolade as a garden city. Its stunning architecture, the display of all sorts of floral and fauna serves as a temporal getaway for tourists and locals alike.

If you're looking to bask in the glory of nature, set aside an afternoon's time for a walk around the area and you will spot the iconic ferris wheel landmark of Singapore. We are also loving how the place changes every season - some months, the flowers by the roads bloom so gloriously. Lucky us found this spot above by sheer luck!

Our team definitely enjoyed the beauty of Singapore as we hopped from place to place. It struck us all that our home is unique, mesmerising and each spot holds a different memory for each of us.
But that is exactly what makes Singapore so endearing to us.
It's home, in every sense of it.
