Greetings from our TCL Office!
Our response for the 11.11 sale has been overwhelming and our logistics girls very kindly agreed to come back on a Sunday just to pack your orders. This will ensure that your orders will be shipped out as fast as possible.

Greeted with our label machine generating all your labels once I stepped into the office. 
For those who have not seen our warehouse before, this is a peek at it!

We pick your items first and place them aside for our rounds of checking before packing them into the polymailers. 

Our stocks are kept on the shelves and labelled according to rows so that we are able to pick out your items from their specific locations. Some of our logistics girls are known as "SKU Encyclopedias", they know all our SKUs by heart! ;) 

Shannon wasn't feeling very well but still wanted to help out with the packing. <3 

KOI treat to accompany them for the tedious packing process. Nothing a good bubble tea fix can't save.
