Kindly take some time out to read our terms and conditions to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience. 
By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. 
Our working days are Mondays to Fridays during office hours.
a. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
b. For sales enquiries, kindly email us at sales@theclosetlover.com with your order number.
c. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
d. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
a. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. 
The Closet Lover will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed. 
b. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed.
c. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
d. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification. Kindly ensure all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid any delays in mailing out your orders.
e. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
f. The Closet Lover reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
g. Customers who have at least one succesful purchase from us will automatically be added to our mailing list. 
a. Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the backorder period only.
b. Arrival time for different items differ and are usually stated under the individual items.
c. If backorder has closed but item(s) are still available, it means there are extras and you can proceed to cart out.
d. We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such a delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, a store credit will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds. Do join backorders only if you are alright with this.
e. Orders are shipped out according by order numbers, no combination of orders are allowed. 
f. In the event the order has an instock piece and a backorder item, the instock piece will be mailed out first.
g. Do kindly refer to the item link for backorder updates. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.
a. All local delivery mails are handled by SingPost unless otherwise stated.
b. Local normal postage (apparels and accessories only, excluding bags and shoes) is complimentary until further notice. Other accessories including bags and shoes are charged at a flat rate of $3 per item. Should there be extra postage required (more than $3), additional charges will be absorbed by The Closet Lover. Likewise, if there are any balance of postage paid by customer, no refunds will be issued.
For sales items/returned parcels, postage charges will be charged at $1.70 for the first item, and additional $0.60 for subsequent items. Other accessories including bags and shoes are charged at a flat rate of $3 per item. Please note that parcels not collected after 1 month will be disposed off without prior notice.
c. Registered postage will be additional $2.50 on top of normal mail charges if any. Overseas orders will be charged $2.50.
A tracking number will be issued by SingPost in the event you opt for overseas registered postage. Tracking number can be obtained HERE.
All registered local packages will be sent via our courier company, unless otherwise stated. 
d. Please be advised The Closet Lover will not be liable for any lost parcels or any damaged items should you opt for normal postage. Registered postage is highly advised.
e. The Closet Lover ships worldwide. Overseas shipping will be charged according to weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out.
f. Orders are shipped out according by order numbers, no combination of orders are allowed. 
g. Orders will be combined and mailed out in one parcel if address labels of orders under the same address are printed out on the same day. 
h. Sale items are not applicable for free courier. 
i. Complimentary courier is offered for $100 above in a single order, consisting of $100 instocks or $100 backorders, no combination allowed. If your order consists of instocks and backorders, do cart them out via 2 orders to qualify for complimentary courier.

c. Kindly note that orders placed on www.theclosetlover.com will be processed within 1-2 working days and delivered to Miyoc's office before being dropped off at Miyoc Jcube. The process will take 1-5 working days after it has been dropped off at Miyoc's office.
d. Please ensure you have received an email confirmation from Miyoc prior to making a trip down.
e. Please take note that MIYOC charges a $0.20 overdue charge / day for overdued parcels. 
We accept local Internet Banking (IB) and Paypal transfers only. ATM payments are strictly not accepted.
a. For payments via IB, kindly update your payment details via the link found in your invoice within 12 hours. 
b. Orders which are unable to provide details after 1 week will may/will be cancelled.
c. For payments via Paypal, payment has to be made instantly. Please ensure that you reach the paypal payment gateway page via The Closet Lover website to ensure that your payment is received and updated successful in our system. Payments made via a new browser will not be synced to our server, and that will mean your order status will not be updated automatically.
d. Should you exit the payment gateway page and opt to transfer to our paypal account separately, a refund will be made via store credits if we are unable to reach your payment email on time. 
e. Additional charges for Paypal transfers are absorbed by The Closet Lover.

a. Store credits are issued by The Closet Lover.
b. To redeem your credits, please select "Gift Certificates" during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
c. Store credits expiry dates are 1 month for cancelled orders due to late payment. Store credits have no expiry dates for cancelled backorders. 
d. Store credits can be used for any purchase, including sales and fab find items, as well as postage matters.
e. Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
a. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s).
Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
b. In order to secure your purchase, you must update your payment details via the "update payment link" found in the invoice within 12 hours. (Applies for IB payments only.) Please DO NOT email us your payment details as we may not get to your emails on time. The Closet Lover will not be held liable for cancelled orders due to such circumstance.
c. All orders will automatically be deemed void if payment is not received and updated within this stipulated time frame. In the event where orders are void but an IB/ ATM payment has been made, there will strictly not be any refunds made. A store credit will be issued.
d. By carting out the item, it implies your intention and interest to make a purchase. The Closet Lover will reserve a slot for you. In the event where no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your account can/may be blacklisted from future purchases.
e. Blocked accounts can email us at sales@theclosetlover.com to make a purchase. A deposit of $10/item will be required before an invoice is sent. Failure to make the top up or change of mind thereafter will result in the deposit being forfeited. Slots are reserved only upon payment verification.
f. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter. 
a. Please note that exchanges for sizings are done on a case to case basis. An exchange will be carried out if the item comes in sizes, and only if the smaller or larger size you would like to change to is available instock. Free size items are not applicable for exchange as measurements have been provided. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer for such cases.
b. For returns due to defects or incorrect pieces received, we will require them to be mailed back to us via registered mail or obtain a copy of Certificate of Posting (COP) at the post office. This will be made known in the email accordingly. Please do not send the defective piece back on your own accord.
d. In such circumstance, if there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the RA tracking number or snapshot of COP. However, if the item is no longer available, the customer will be allowed to make an exchange to another item, or opt for a store credit. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via store credits. There will strictly not be any cash refunds. If the initial mode of delivery was sent via courier, the exchange piece will be mailed out via registered mail.
e. All exchanges and returns have to be done within 5 working days from date of posting and 5 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. Please kindly retain your parcel in original condition in such cases, including the polymailer that was sent with your order.
f. Kindly email us at sales@theclosetlover.com with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further.
g. All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. 
h. Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-1" as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
i. For accuracy of items, do refer to measurements stated. Uk sizing included are used as a gauge only.
j. For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.
k. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
l. Please note that parcels not collected after 3 months will be disposed off without prior notice.
m. For all exchange/return parcels being sent back to TCL, do email in the snapshot of the COP (Certificate of Postage) or RA Tracking receipt as required, to sales@theclosetlover.com to inform us so that we can keep a lookout for your parcel(s). 
n. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to sending any item back. 
a. All prices of sale items are deemed final by The Closet Lover. 
b. Sale items are strictly not exchangable unless there are defects on the items. 
a. All contests organized are open to Singapore customers only, unless stated otherwise.
b. The Closet Lover reserves the right to amend the terms of contests without prior notice.
