1. Do I need to sign up for an account with The Closet Lover to place an order?

No, you do not need to sign up for an account with us to place an order. Once you have checked out your cart, you'll be automatically signed up with us and you'll receive an email notification with your login details. You may login to track your orders and edit your details. If you do not login for future purchases but continually use the same email address to place your orders, when you login in the future, you'll still be able track your orders in your account. 

 

2. How long does payment verification take?

For paypal and credit card payments, payment verification is instant. For internet banking transfers via DBS and UOB, payment verification takes 1-2 working days. For interbanking transfers, funds will only be transferred to us within 2 - 3 working days. Thereafter, do give us 1 working day to verify your payment. 

 

3. How long does The Closet Lover take to reply my email?

While we endeavor to attend to your email as fast as possible, do kindly give us 1 -2  working days to reply your email. 

 

4. How do I obtain my registered parcel's tracking number?

You can track your registered number HERE.

 

5. I have not received my normal parcel, what should I do?

Singpost takes 1 - 14 working days to mail the parcel to you. If you do not receive it after 14 working days from date of posting, your parcel might be a lost mail. As it was sent via normal postage, Singpost will be unable to track it. However, you might want to lodge a lost parcel report with Singpost at www.singpost.com.sg.

 

6. How do I make payment for my order?

For internet banking transfers, you'll receive an email and an invoice with a link to the update payment page. Do kindly input your details on the page provided. Please ensure all required details have been included.
For paypal and credit card transfers, you can log into paypal and make a transfer to sales@theclosetlover.com

 

7. Can I amend / cancel my order after it is placed?

We are sorry but once your order has been placed, you are unable to amend or cancel it. 

 

8. What if I do not input my payment details after the stipulated timeframe?

If you do not make payment and input your payment details withint the stipulated timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled. If your payment was made within the stipulated timeframe but you failed to update your payment details within the stipulated timeframe, your order will be processed under "backorder" if a backorder has been opened for the items. Otherwise, your payment will be stored as store credits for future purchases. 

 

9. What is the address for self collection?

Self collection is available at Miyoc JCube (Jurong) only. 

 

10. What are the charges for express courier shipping?

Courier charges are as below:
Apparels - $3.90
Bags or Shoes - $8
 
 
11. How long does express courier shipping take to deliver my parcel?
 
Payment has to be made and updated by 10am (excluding Friday) to qualify for next day courier. 
EG: If payment is made and updated by 10am on Monday, courier delivery can be arranged on Tuesday, 6-10pm.
If payment is made and updated after 10am on Monday, the earliest courier available will be on Wednesday, 6-10pm.
If payment is made and updated by 10am on Friday, the earliest courier available will be on Tuesday, 6-10pm.

12. If I updated my payment details by 10am on Friday, can I have my parcel delivered via courier on Saturday?
 
Unfortunately, payments have to be updated by 10am on Mondays to Thursdays only. Payment details updated after Thursday 10am will only be processed for courier delivery on Monday.
